Myth infuses our life more than we even know. The stories we tell ourselves shape our reality, by interpreting the meaning of everyday events. When something happens to us, it’s not so much the event itself, but rather the story we tell ourselves about the event that creates our reality. A myth is simply a story that carries more meaning than its literal words.
